Tanbrew is the best natural processing aid for complete beer stabilization, which only reacts with the acid proteins containing SH groups by absorption and precipitation to obtain a long shelf-life of beer. It is also a metal chelating agent. It removes (or partially removes) iron copper, aluminium, ect. It is well known as a drink ability enhancer for more refreshing taste and also completely biodegrade harmless at normal use.
